42-300x227At Keway Mai, Ramadan meals are kept simple, healthy and most importantly convivial; true to the sharing tradition of the Holy Month, Keway Mai recently-launched concept of Hot Pot and Table-Top Grill is another great way to break the fast over a shared meal.

The Hot Pot as well as the Grills combine market-fresh ingredients from meat, poultry and fish to the most exotic vegetables and other accompaniments to ensure the meal is wholesome as it is pleasurable and friendly. All diners share the same steaming hot stock or the hot plate to cook their choice of meat and vegetables, to their liking.

The ingredients with all condiments are placed in the center of the table and are replenished by the friendly staff, so diners leave the restaurant satisfied and full.“Ramadan is the month of sharing and while diners indulge in a healthy way of eating after a long day of fast, they also enjoy the feeling of sharing that enhances the goodness of the meal’, said Dylan Aniff, General Manager of the hotel.

Keway Mai also specializes in Thai, Filipino and Chinese cuisine prepared by native chefs to offer authentic recipes.“Hot Pot and Table-Top Grills are a wining concept with our guests and regular diners alike; they enjoy the generous and healthy portions as well as the freedom to indulge in their favourite food at a very attractive price”, added Dylan.
