Luxperience-300x157The exhibitor line up has been announced for the Luxperience London Pop Up event which is being staged for travel professionals early next month by Australasia’s and the Pacific’s only dedicated B2B trade show for the luxury tourism sector, now in its third year.

The free networking event and dinner is being held on Monday 3 March in the Beaufort Club, King’s Road, Chelsea. It is a prelude to the main Luxperience exhibition which takes place at Pier 2/3, Walsh Bay overlooking Sydney Harbour from 31 August to 3September this year.

Buyers attending the London Luxperience Pop Up will have the opportunity to meet with a broad range of high end tourism products from the South Pacific, Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. Examples of the exhibitors include Tourism New Zealand, Pacific Destinationz Fiji, Luxury Lodges of Australia, Gulf Ventures, the latest luxury product from the Australian state of Tasmania, and representatives from the regions’ leading luxury hotel and resort groups including Crown and Intercontinental.

Lindy Andrews, CEO of Luxperience who will be hosting the Pop Up event comments: “We are very excited to be bringing Luxperience to London for the first time with such high profile flag-bearers for our third annual show. Timing for the luxury travel sector is perfect as the Australian dollar rate continues to move in our international visitors’ favour, and the UK economy shows distinct signs of recovery. This is a superb opportunity for the UK travel trade to not only get a taste of what they can experience in Sydney in September, but also first-hand updates on the latest luxury developments and trends as they happen in some of the region’s most aspirational destinations.”

The Pop Up opens at 4 pm with an informal afternoon tea and an introduction by the CEO, and will take the form of face to face appointments as required, and wider networking followed by drinks and dinner.

Lindy Andrews adds: “I would encourage buyers to register for the event as it is rare to have such an opportunity to meet with quality exhibitors in a relaxed working environment on home turf. As well as putting on dinner for everyone attending, we have also managed to secure over £10,000 worth of fantastic travel prizes to give away and with a maximum of 50 places for buyers there is a good chance of winning one of them!”

Prizes on the night include four nights at Crystalbrook Lodge in Far North Queensland for a family of four, one of the Luxury Lodges of Australia, and six nights ‘accommodation courtesy of Six Senses Vietnam.

Luxperience held its inaugural event in September 2012. The show, which sits alongside Pure in Marrakesh, ILTM in Cannes and Shanghai and Travelweek in Brazil, aims to raise the profile of the Asia Pacific region as an innovator in true experiential travel. As the only bespoke travel exchange in the Southern Hemisphere it is becoming an essential forum for up to 300 exhibitors and around 350 buyers along with international media with an interest in luxury travel and the MICE market.
