Mr Pham Ha, CEO of Luxury Travel Ltd, appointed HST Tourism Consulting & Marketing as Luxury Travel’s official representative in Germany starting 1 February 2015.
HST works in the field of international tourism and destination marketing, with its core business being marketing, sales and representation. Based in Germany, one of the best and most consistant markets in international tourism, they also serve Switzerland, Poland and Russia.
Galvanized by the German market’s strength, and its interest in the destinations across Indochina, HST promises to bring more visitors from Europe to Vietnam as well as its neighboring countries in the region.
Mr Hans Peter Stauffer, Director of HST Tourism Consulting & Marketing, met with Mr Pham Ha at last week’s ITBBerlin 2015 and said “I am pleased to become Luxury Travel’s rep in Germany and I firmly believe this relationship will help to promote Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia to their European customers.”
Nowadays Indochina has become more and more appealing to German travelers who are fascinated by the unique culture and traditions, friendly people, delicious food, beautiful beaches, and the weather.
According to Mrs Hoa, the German market team leader at Luxury Travel, the trend these days is for classical tours of between 16 and 20 days in Vietnam ending with beach stays on the coast or on the islands. The request for private tours by couples seeking top-of-the range accommodation and the best service delivery is also increasing.
She added “The German market is a relatively new one for Vietnam tourism and we value the potential and challenge of this developing market. Together with HST, we have confidencein our strategy and expect to increase our customer base by up to 50% compared to 2014.”
