Manchester restaurant chain East Z East sets up new home in Birmingham

600-300x122The restaurant chain, lauded as ‘the home of Punjabi cooking’ is making its long anticipated arrival in Birmingham to much fanfare with a grand launch event on Monday 4th August.

This opening also marks the sixth EastZEast restaurant to open in the UK.

Owners, Raja brothers of Bradford, have retained all the winning formulas that have not only shot the original East Z East on Manchester’s Princess Street to the top of the tree in Punjabi Cuisine, but more importantly kept it there. The restaurant will be the ultimate in style, glamour and ambience, with no expense spared when it comes to attention to detail.

Owner Kabir Rayman says,
“Birmingham is not only the capital of the Midlands by name – but also the Midlands (if not the UK’s) capital of the great British balti. Birmingham is also a hub of vibrant new economic activity, so it was the obvious place by far to open the doors to our newest home of our multi-award winning Punjabi Cuisine. “

Manager Tullah Khan says,
“The city has a vast array of offerings to Indian diners and we aim to spearhead ‘great’ authentically based Indian food. By locating here in the Capital of the Midlands, it gives us a fantastic opportunity to show off and continue growing our amazing concept and authentic EastZEast brand throughout the region.”

Situated at the top of Broad Street, the restaurant will be a vibrant new addition to the Five Ways area. EastZEast opens to the public on Tuesday 5th August.
