Ministry of Sudan takes every effort to boost tourism in Sudan

sudan-300x109According to the analysis of UNWTO World Tourism Barometer world tourism in the first nine months of 2013 reached a record of 845 million. International tourist arrivals too increased by 41 million in all destinations from January and September. International tourism has increased by 5% above the prediction of UNWTO giving a boost to the world economy.

In Sudan and other countries there are no statistics as such given for this wealthy resource and extensive efforts are being made for marketing tourism and improve the economy by reaping the fortunes that tourism will bring to them.

Sudan tourism potential, in fact is comprised of rich multiple varieties of Cultures, Customs, Traditions, Historic monuments, Religions, Regions and Climates. Promoting and well marketing of these capabilities is the only way that for sure would attract annually more local and foreign Tourists and yield a wealth that would contribute in improving the economy of the Sudan.

Keeping the growing prospects of tourism in mind the Sudanese Ministry of Tourism, is all set to engage in opportunities of investment in the tourism sector. The ministry is taking special efforts in attracting and motivating foreign and local investors and the tourism sector is reforming its overall laws to make the sector friendlier to the investors. The infrastructure is being improved and also the areas of attractions too are being revamped by the Sudan tourism authority.

By providing attractive facilities to both foreign and local investors and expanding the infrastructure Sudan will definitely grow as a powerful tourism destination and the economy of the place is bound to grow in leaps and bounds in turn leading to the economic growth of the and also social development of Sudan.
