Studio Boardrooms
The Modern Honolulu offers meeting spaces that exceed the standards of comfort and sophistication for pleasant and productive Honolulu meetings, including but not limited to, state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, smart boards, electronic flip charts, and video conferencing facilities that offer multiple options for presentations all in stylish Hawaiian meeting rooms. Conference rooms include four, private studios ranging from 324 -551 square feet.

The Sun Suite and Terrace
This separate hospitality suite boasts 1,300 square feet of indoor space and a 1,500-square-foot outdoor terrace for private parties and functions. Customized Morimoto menus are also available for private parties upon request.

The Ballroom
The 9,200-square-foot Ballroom is one of the largest and most luxurious event spaces on Oahu. With 19-foot ceilings, a pre-function gallery and decorated in a light color palate that can easily be adapted, The Ballroom is ideal for an array of functions. The Ballroom can be divided into three separate spaces and accommodate up to 800 guests for seated dinners.

Sunrise Pool and Bar
The Sunrise Pool reflects the changing deep hues of the Pacific Ocean and features shallow lounging areas with chaises that appear to be floating on the water. This is the perfect transitional space for a cocktail hour or an intimate gathering.

Sunset Beach Pool
The Sunset Beach Pool may be booked for exclusive events and private parties. Exotic and secluded, the space is shaded by palm trees, while a sandy area surrounds a shallow circular lagoon, creating an alluring platform for guests to gather and lounge.

ADDICTION, The Study, and Morimoto Waikiki
Three venues to meet, eat, drink and relax at Waikiki’s hippest nightspots. ADDICTION at The Modern has 2,500 square feet for dancing and enjoying signature cocktails. For quiet conversation, The Study features a unique bookcase wall that rotates to expose private gathering spaces and an intimate bar. The Morimoto Waikiki restaurant features the exclusive cuisine of Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto.
