Morgans Hotel Group Co. today announced that it has scheduled its 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held at Hudson hotel in New York City on Thursday,
May 12, 2016 at 10:00 AM Eastern time. The record date for determination of stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting has been set as the close of business on Friday, April 1, 2016.
