Bob Johnson, National Retail Operations Director of SSP UK, said:
“We’re continuously looking to increase the choices available to air travellers and workers at Stansted Airport, and the M&S Simply Food concept has already become a hit in other airports across the UK.

This is the 9th M&S Simply Food airport store under SSP’s management, and we are delighted to be continuing our long-standing relationship with them. I’m sure the arrival of the new M&S Simply Food store at Stansted Airport will be welcomed by both travellers and airport workers.”

Manchester Airport Group’s Head of Retail Food and Beverage, Jo Macey, said:
“An £80million transformation of the terminal building is underway at Stansted and we’re delighted M&S Simply Food is joining the line-up of leading brands getting involved with this exciting development and we look forward to supporting SSP as they open the first ever M&S Simply Food at Stansted.”
