The Board of Anite plc (“Anite”) has announced the appointment of Neil Bass as Company Secretary with effect from 9th December 2013.
Neil assumes the responsibilities of Company Secretary from Richard Amos, who remains Group Finance Director. Neil has been assisting Richard with company secretarial duties for the past four years.
Neil joined Anite in 1992 and has held a number of senior finance positions within the Group during this period. He is currently Group Financial Controller, a position he has held for the past 13 years.
Clay Brendish, Chairman of Anite plc said: “On behalf of the Board I offer my congratulations to Neil. He has a great deal of experience and knows and understands the business well and I look forward to working with him.”
