New Executive Chef Appointed at Jumeirah Dhevanafushi

Jumeirah-Group-Johara-Restaurant-Pool-View-heroJumeirah Dhevanafushi in the Maldives has appointed Daniel Johnson as its new Executive Chef.
 
Chef Johnson will run Jumeirah Dhevanafushi’s three main restaurants Azara, Johara and Mumayaz, ensuring consistent high quality food and service throughout the resort. Born in Australia, he has worked as an Executive Chef at 5-star hotels and resorts including Coca Island Resort in the Maldives and Bedarra Island in North Queensland.
 
For the last two years, Chef Johnson held the position of Executive Chef at Huvafen Fushi Resort in the Maldives. Previous experience also includes roles as Head Chef at the Press Club Group in Melbourne and Executive Chef at Sebel Resort Hawkesbury Valley in New South Wales.

 

With a focus on using the freshest ingredients, highest quality local produce, his contemporary style is influenced by both Asia and the Mediterranean.
