Northwest Sky Ferry is offering special holiday fares in December 2013 between the San Juan Islands and Bellingham, WA. This is a great opportunity for island residents and guests to spend a day shopping in Bellingham with very little travel time, or for Bellingham residents or guests to experience a day in the nearby islands.
Bellingham shopping includes the newly renovated Bellis Fair Mall including popular department stores, seasonal kiosks and photos with Santa. Additional shopping areas include the Guide Meridian District, downtown Bellingham, historic Fairhaven District, and Barkley Village. Ground transportation in Bellingham is provided by NW Town Car Service.
Friday harbor is home to small boutique shops, art galleries and restaurants. Ground transportation in Friday Harbor is provided by Round Towner.
Daytrips depart in the morning and return by 4 p.m.
