Nyc & company announces promotions for five members of global tourism development team

download-71-300x166NYC & Company, New York City’s official tourism, marketing and partnership organization, today announced promotions within the Global Tourism Development team, responsible for promoting the five boroughs as a dynamic travel destination through domestic and international travel trade efforts.

 
The new appointments are as follows:
Makiko Matsuda Healy
Senior Vice President, Global Tourism Development
On August 21, Makiko Matsuda Healy was promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Tourism Development of NYC & Company. In her new role, she has the overall responsibility for strengthening New York City’s position as a premier travel destination, with a primary focus on product distribution channels and strategic trade partnerships. She oversees the global tourism development team in New York City and the company’s network of 17 international sales & marketing offices in 27 markets. She joined the company in 2001 and previously worked as Vice President, Tourism Development.

 
Reagan Stulbaum
Vice President, Tourism Development, USA & Canada
Effective August 21, Reagan Stulbaumis NYC & Company’s Vice President, Tourism Development, USA & Canada, where she oversees travel trade activities in domestic and Canadian markets. She has been with NYC & Company since February 2000, with her most recent role being Senior Director, Tourism Development, USA & Canada.

 
Reginald Charlot
Vice President, Tourism Development, Europe
On August 21, Reginald Charlot was promoted from Senior Director, Tourism Development to NYC & Company’s Vice President, Tourism Development, Europe. In his new position, Charlot is responsible for developing and managing travel trade activity throughout Europe including the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium and the Nordics. He has worked for NYC & Company for six years.
