With view of hosting the Art Apart Fair for the second time, the third edition of the renowned art exhibition, the PARKROYAL on Pickering, Singapore’s first hotel-in-a-garden is preparing itself for the gala event.
Uniquely different from the previous two “Apart Fair Series”, Art Apart Fair 2014 will exhibit from 17 to 19 January some of the most promising emerging artists’ creations. The whole of Level 14, including the exclusive 2,000 sq ft Presidential Suite and 33 guest rooms, will be transformed into ‘living’ art galleries under the themes “The Artists’ Garden” and “The Destruction of the Readymade Everyday”.
The award winning PARKROYAL on Pickering will display more than 100 curated artworks by participating artists from countries such as Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Russia, Germany, Indonesia, Philippines and host, Singapore.
With over 150 artists and exhibitors expected to participate this year such as renowned Russian designer Zorikto Dorzhiew, Korean painter Hyun Su Park and Haroku Cho from Japan, Art Apart Fair 2014 hopes to surpass the success of last year’s edition which saw more than 3,000 visitors and buyers. The fair, in conjunction with the 2014 Singapore Art Week, the on-going Singapore Biennale and the Art Stage, reach out to more than 100,000 people.

Art Apart Fair 2014 will be held at PARKROYAL on Pickering from 17 to 19 January 2014, 11.30am to 9.00pm daily.
