The all-new menu at the Rooftop Alfresco puts world cuisine on your plate and boasts a delightful spread of wraps and rolls, pizza and burgers, sub and grills, and mouth-watering desserts, thanks to the innovativeness of the team led by Executive Chef Mohamed Siddiq. What better way to start than with the favourite Caesar on the roof top (Romaine lettuce, caesar dressing, grissini, parmesan topped with grilled veggies/grilled chicken/grilled prawns/scottish smoked salmon), Flames prawns (with lots of garlic, parsley and chardonnay) or the signature Jacketed Grouper (Bacon wrapped grouper chunks, paprika mayo, arugula fennel salad and fries).
Go for the Lebanese kebab sampler (vegetable, fish, lamb and chicken) or the Ras al hanout pizza. A must-try is the Istanbul Burger (pide buns, harissa, tzatziki) that comes with a choice of vegetables or lamb, served with soft feta and fries. Those who prefer subs/wraps can indulge in the choice of assorted fillings like Buffalo mozzarella, pesto with plum tomatoes; smoked peppers and squash; or mushroom, jalapenos with sautéed onions for vegetarians and salmon and caper paprika cream cheese; philly steak; or roast chicken and sautéed mushrooms for non-vegetarians.
