Radisson-BlueRadisson®, one of the world’s best-recognized hotel brands, today announced the completion of a two-year, multimillion dollar renovation of the Radisson Hotel at Cross Keys Baltimore located at 5100 Falls Road, 100 Village Square.
“We are in the final stages of a brand-wide renovation, aimed at refreshing the Radisson portfolio across our more than 150 hotels in the Americas,” said Javier Rosenberg, chief operating officer, Radisson, Americas.

“We are on track to have the entire portfolio completed by 2015, making Radisson one of the most refreshed hotel brands in North America.”

The hotel’s newly completed renovation includes all 147 guestrooms, the lobby, business center, fitness center, restaurant, and meeting space.

The renovated guestrooms include new furniture, paint, wall décor, carpet and enhanced lighting which creates a warm and inviting feel.

The guest rooms also feature a signature piece of local artwork.

The lobby received a new stone floor and carpet, sleek modern furniture and contemporary accents.

A marble topped work space was installed within the lobby creating a new Business Center.

Seating was added in the lobby lounge to provide additional space for guests to enjoy cocktails and dine.

The guest corridors received new carpet, lighting and large framed photography featuring the state of Maryland.

A completely new fitness center was added and features free weights, seven Life Fitness Machines including a Life Fitness Bicycle and Life Fitness Universal Weight Machine.

The massive renovation project included Scoozi Ristorante which opened in December 2013.

The restaurant offers contemporary Italian cuisine and is the only restaurant in Baltimore to feature its menu on a tablet.

The interactive menu allows guests to view images of menu items and offers wine pairings. The centerpiece of the restaurant is the stone hearth oven within the exposed kitchen which allows guests the opportunity to view their food being prepared. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

“Our focus has been to enhance the guest experience in all areas of the hotel. We are confident our guests will enjoy the updated look and feel of our hotel from the moment they walk in the door,” said Tom Cook, general manager.

The hotel is nestled upon 72 private wooded acres in a gated community within Roland Park, one of Baltimore’s most scenic and historic neighborhoods.

The property boasts spacious hotel rooms with cathedral ceilings.

The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi, outdoor tennis courts, an outdoor pool and courtesy shuttle service to the National Aquarium.
