Raise Your Stein In A Progress Beer Dinner At Art Restaurant At Four Seasons Hotel Seattle

Four-Seasons-Hotel-300x116ART Restaurant has teamed up with NW Peaks Brewery for another unique opportunity. In addition to ART’s custom Skinny Chef Ale, NW Peaks Brewery founder Kevin Klein will showcase other brews paired alongside ART’s dishes in a progressive beer-pairing dinner on May 23, 2014.

A departure from typical tasting dinners, the event begins at 6:00 pm in the lobby of Four Seasons Hotel Seattle and will take guests throughout other locations for each course, including the popular outdoor pool deck and a behind-the-scenes look at one of the kitchens. Meant to be a fun, intimate learning experience with the chefs and brewmaster, the dinner is limited to 20 guests and is USD 75.00 per person.

 

Sample dishes include Penn cove mussels with Chair Belgian Ale; a 12-hour slow braised beef head with Espresso Stout onions and grilled jalapeño bread; and a Double IPA beet risotto.
