The Rezidor Hotel Group, one of the fastest growing hotel companies worldwide and a member of the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, announces the Park Inn by Radisson Troyitska, Kyiv in Ukraine. The property will be located in the very centre of Kiev adjacent to the Olympic Stadium and feature 199 keys – it is in advanced stages of development and scheduled to welcome the first guests in Q3 2013.

“We are delighted to introduce our dynamic mid market brand Park Inn by Radisson to Kiev where we already operate two upper upscale Radisson Blu hotels”, commented Wolfgang M. Neumann, President & CEO of Rezidor. “The signing also strengthens our position in Ukraine where we are the market leader with 8 hotels and 1,900 rooms in operation and under development”, continued Neumann.

“We look forward to our close cooperation with Rezidor. We jointly will offer our guests an attractive and competitive product of international standards. Our total investment in the Park Inn by Radisson project is about 30 MUS$”, added Sergei Ovchinikov, Director Real Estate of Smart Holding, owner of the hotel.
Besides 199 comfortable rooms, the new Park Inn by Radisson will offer a 200m2 all day dining sky restaurant, a lobby lounge & terrace, a 100-cover sky sports bar as well as 9 board and meeting rooms, a fitness room, and access to the underground parking facility with 500 parking spaces.

The adjacent 70,000+ capacity Olympiyskiy National Sports Complex, which hosted the Euro 2012 football final, is the premier sports venue in Ukraine and the second largest in Eastern Europe. In addition to hosting international football games and other prime sporting events, the stadium also organises world-class music concerts including famous artists like Madonna, George Michael, and Red Hot Chili Peppers.

The hotel is surrounded by the major commercial, administration, consular, retail and cultural sites of Kiev which makes it an ideal base for business and a great starting point to explore this green and attractive historical city. Kiev has been the historic cultural centre of the East Slavic civilisation; and within easy reach of the hotel are such sites as the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra (Monastery of the Caves) and the Saint Sophia Cathedral both recognised as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.Kontakt
