A native of South Africa and Switzerland, Lippuner joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2008 as Director of Housekeeping at the former Four Seasons Resort Aviara in Carlsbad, California. His experience in Atlanta, Santa Monica, and Johannesburg brought him to Four Seasons with an impressive knowledge of the hospitality industry. Lippuner’s entrepreneurial and business background outside of hospitality also make him a great asset to the Hotel.

Lippuner resides in Alexandria, VA with his wife Jeni and two daughters, 5 year old Leylah Mae and 2 year old Dhanya. In his spare time he enjoys being with his family, running, cycling, and swimming, a sport he competed in through high school and university representing South Africa.
