One of the great luxurious gastronomic delights of Italian cuisine is the truffle.
This gastronomic ingredient is very famous for its aroma and taste qualities and is now presented alongside exquisite lobster dishes in creative and unpredictable ways by talented Italian Chef Marco Terranova.
Until December 19, 2014, Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is bringing this seasonal luxurious food product to ROSSO with a special Lobster & Truffles promotion, offering an impressive lobster menu alongside the delicate earthy flavour of truffles.
Chef Marco is putting out a fine selection of tailor-made delicacies that are showcased in several succulent dishes such as lobster tartar with citrus segment, fennel, carnaroli rice parmesan risotto on cream of green peas and white truffle; sea bass with artichoke, asparagus and truffle; and much more.
Guests may choose any of the courses from the truffle menu, or if they have a particular preference they may also enjoy this star ingredient shaved onto any dish on the a la carte menu.
“We are offering our guests the freshest truffles that are at their peak maturity and aromatic finesse and cooking them in the simplest of styles, bringing out their finest, unique flavours,” says Chef Marco.
“As for the lobsters, we cook them to perfection and serve them in unique dishes that combine vibrant flavours with exceptional presentation.”
