Abu-Dhabi-TourismThe silence of Abu Dhabi’s expansive Al Khatem desert was the backdrop for an impromptu rehearsal by acclaimed Royal Moscow Ballet leads Liudmila Titova and Vadim Lolenko as they took to the crest of a towering dune near the Arabian Nights Village to perform the classical Arabesque pose in one of their most unusual settings to date.

In the UAE capital in a run of 14 performances of ‘Cinderella’ as the curtain raiser of the Abu Dhabi Summer Season, the two stars were supported by musicians from The Royal Moscow Orchestra which is accompanying the fairy tale shows at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

Titova and her Royal Moscow Ballet co-star Vadim Lolenko – who portrays the fairy tale Prince – are part of a 70-strong ballet, orchestra and artistic troupe which is wowing audiences during Abu Dhabi Summer Season, a product of Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority (TCA Abu Dhabi) and key stakeholders.
