The Mid-Year Marvels sale, which started on 23 June, has offers of up to 50 percent savings to destinations including London, Sydney, Melbourne, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Taipei, and Bali, as well as favourite domestic routes, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Penang, Johor Bahru, Alor Setar, Kuantan and Sandakan.
According to Malaysia Airlines’ Regional Senior Vice President Malaysia, Dato’ Muzammil Mohamad, “Malaysia Airlines’ Mid-Year Marvels sale has received encouraging response from our customers.
Demand is soaring for destinations like London, priced from RM2799, Sydney from RM1999, and Bali from RM499.
There are also more destinations on offer, as well as Business class fares available during this sale.”
“We urge those who are planning to travel during the fasting month, Hari Raya, and especially during the month of August, to purchase their tickets now as our prices are unbeatable. We have six more days to the end of the sale!” said Dato’ Muzammil.
The travel period for Mid-Year Marvels begins now until 31 March 2015. All prices quoted exclude applicable surcharges and are valid for travel from Kuala Lumpur.
The Mid-Year Marvels sale also includes great oneworld deals. Getting to destinations in Europe such as Rome or Vienna is easy and affordable by flying from Kuala Lumpur to London from only RM2799 (on Malaysia Airlines), and for just an additional RM400, customers can get connected with a return flight to Rome, Milan, Dublin, Munich, or Vienna via the airline’s oneworld partners.
In conjunction with the sale, Malaysia Airlines will also be treating some lucky winners to a 4 days/3 nights stay for two in Melbourne, 3 days/2 nights stay for two in Ho Chi Minh City or 3 days/2 nights stay for two in Kota Kinabalu courtesy of Golden Holidays, Malaysia Airline’s travel arm, when they join the Mid-Year Marvel Pops contest.
