Cafe Rivoli presents “Summer Worldwide Seafood Dinner Buffet” with a wide range of seafood and other sumptuous delicacies from 5 September 2016 to 31 October 2016!The succulent Lobster Platter, Brown Crab, Mussel, Golden Whelk, Crab Leg, Prawn, etc on the dinner buffet table are always the seafood lovers’ favourites! Ken Chan, Executive Chef of the Hotel presents guests the refreshing Lobster Crabmeat Celery and Pear Salad,pairing the lobster and crab meat with the sweet and juicy pear. Besides, Sashimi are also available for guests to kick off the evening.
The Lobster Seafood “Hat” Pot with Inaniwa Udon in Fish Broth is the real star of the buffet. A selection of ingredients including lobster, Myanmar tiger prawn, mussel, scallop,fresh clam, crab and more will be placed at the edge of the pot. After boiled various seafood with the fish broth, Inaniwa Udon will be added in and served with soup for guests. Besides,Seafood Paella on the buffet table is also the dish cannot be missed. Various seafood including shrimp, crab, mussel, lobster, squid, etc are the ingredients of the seafood paella.
To perfect the dish, the paella is cooked with the seafood soup and white wine to bring more powerful flavour. Other highlighted seafood delicacies include Deep-fried Oyster with Sakura Shrimp, Steamed Grouper, Stir-fried Lobster Claw with Ginger and Spring Onion, Sauteed Hokkigai Siphon and Mushroom in XO Sauce etc.
