Over 1,600 fitness enthusiasts attended the second mass fitness class in conjunction with Talise Fitness, Les Mills Master, Reebok and Mefitpro Class Experience on the outside terrace at Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai.
The event was the largest of its kind to take place in the United Arab Emirates this year and showcased new routines from popular Les Mills classes including RPM™, Bodypump™, Bodycombat™, BodyBalance™ and Sh’bam™. The sessions were led by some of the world’s fittest and most qualified Les Mills trainers.
The fitness workshop was open to all and featured training tips, prizes from Reebok and rounded off with refreshing healthy bites, juices and an open air party.
Membership at Talise Fitness is available at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Madinat Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab. Facilities include Technogym equipment, fitness classes and expert teams of personal trainers and lifestyle coaches to help set and achieve goals.
