A Taste of Singapore Comes to Four Seasons Hotel Riyadha

A-TASTE-OF-SINGAPORE-300x168In collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Riyadh and the Singapore Tourism Board, Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh presents a Singaporean Promotion, a special tribute to the finest of the country’s cooking and culture that will run through March 14, 2015 at Elements restaurant.

 

Elements Restaurant is the place in town to discover authentic Singaporean cuisine, and to ensure the intricacies of the country’s cuisine are presented to perfection, Singapore Airlines, the official airline partner of this promotion has flown in Chef Loke Kok Wah from Four Seasons Hotel Singapore to bring his repertoire of experience and skills to Elements kitchen.

Armed with more than 20 years of culinary experience from various postings in world renowned hotels, and specializing in Western and Asian cuisine, Chef Loke Kok Wah constantly seeks new ways to refine his culinary skills and is overseeing a vast menu of speciality Singaporean dishes such as Hainanese chicken rice, laksa, Hokkien mee and chilli crab, among others.

 

With international cooking exposure, outstanding attitude and innovative fresh cooking ideas, Chef Loke’s contribution to this event surely makes it one of a kind.

Guests of the Singaporean promotion at Elements will be assured of a special welcome the minute they walk into the restaurant, which is specially decorated for this occasion.

 

The atmosphere will be set for a taste trip to Singapore where diners will be able to watch live cooking of the most exquisite Singaporean dishes.
