Two of three southbound lanes at the Throgs Neck Bridge heading into Queens will be closed nightly for six to eight nights beginning Wed., June 4 for milling and repaving work. There will not be any work on Saturday or Sunday.
The two lanes will be closed nightly between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. All work is dependent upon good weather.
Motorists should expect delays. Drivers are urged to use the Bridge as an alternate route.
The work, which includes milling, paving and restriping all three lanes across the bridge, is being done by Construction Corp.
