This Valentine’s Day, forgo the flowers and indulge together in a decadent six-course chocolate dinner at Talavera at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North. The Resort is teaming up with Valrhona Chocolate to offer an inspired menu featuring all things chocolate in both sweet and savoury form. The Spa also is highlighting a signature chocolate treatment to continue the indulgence.
“When most people think of chocolate, they envision sweets – chocolate cake, truffles, cookies and pie,” says Executive Pastry Chef Lance Whipple. “Chocolate actually is ideal for adding complexity to savoury dishes as well, and we thought Valentine’s Day was the perfect time of year to give it a starring role.”

The treatment begins with a stimulating, antioxidant-rich café mocha sugar scrub. Smooth cocoa mole mud is then applied to the skin and the body in warm linens. Guests also can choose between a soothing facial or scalp massage, using warm, nourishing oils.
