Tree-mendous festive fun at London Luton

983-300x175Passengers were delighted to see a male voice choir, two Santas and a human Christmas tree at London Luton this week!

The Vauxhall male voice choir was in fine form and passengers were treated to a host of rousing Carols and Christmas songs whilst the choir raised money for Sue Ryder, the Airport’s Charity of the year.

The two lucky Santas were the winners of a fantastically festive Airport competition to win four seats on a day trip to visit Lapland. The prize worth up to £1800 was won by Santa Anna and Santa Karol who will fly from London Luton on Sunday to enjoy this fantastic once in a lifetime trip. Along with two friends they will experience all the magic of Lapland in a single day including a husky sled tour, a reindeer sleigh ride, a snowmobile trip and an enchanting meeting with Father Christmas himself! Those travelling in the lead up to Christmas will be treated to more festive choir performances by groups including Queensbury Academy, William Austin Junior School, Ashton Middle School and Sue Ryder Stars all in aid of Sue Ryder.
