United Airlines Offers Options to Customers Affected by Severe Winter Weather Across the Country

United-AirlinesUnited Airlines today announced travel options for customers whose flight plans may be disrupted by winter weather impacting much of the country. Weather conditions will lead to the delay or cancellation of flights into and out of several Midwest and East Coast airports, including United’s hubs at Chicago,Cleveland, Newark and Washington Dulles.
 

Checking Flight Status and Changing Travel Plans
 

Customers ticketed on flights to, from or through airports in the path of the storm may reschedule their itineraries with a one-time date or time change, and the airline will waive the change fees.

 

Customers may check flight status, change travel plans quickly and create new travel plans conveniently via united.com or the United mobile app. United encourages customers to check their flight status online before leaving for the airport.
