Due to the special situation in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City/Hanoi), with immediate effect, rebooking charges will be waived for all tickets issued worldwide (irrespective of fare type) on/before 15 May 14 for travel with Hong Kong Airlines (HX) confirmed booking involving Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi between 15 May 14 and 26 June 14.
For refundable ticket, Hong Kong Airlines will refund with 50% of the original refund fee. For non-refundable ticket, only rebooking and rerouting apply. There will be no waiver on cancellation and refund charges.
For updated special ticket handling, please refer to the company website. Passengers are advised to check flight status before departing to the airport.
