WestJet announced it will resume its non-stop seasonal service between Toronto and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on March 6, 2014, nearly two months earlier than in 2013.
The twice-weekly service will operate on Thursdays and Sundays from March 6 to October 23, 2014, with a change in flight times effective April 27.
“We’re very pleased to return with non-stop service to one of Canada’s favourite vacation and snowbird destinations,” said Chris Avery, WestJet Vice-President, Network Planning, Alliances and Corporate Development. “After a very successful first season, our guests told us they wanted to escape the snow, stroll the boardwalk and shop the outlet malls even earlier this year. And with more than 100 golf courses, Myrtle Beach is the perfect place to get an early start to the season.”
WestJet Vacations is pleased to offer an array of resorts in Myrtle Beach from traditional hotels to suites and condominiums, offering value and convenience for an ideal family or golf getaway. Flexible durations include three, four, seven, 10, 14 nights to meet every vacation need.
