Starting from 1 July, lottery participants were able to win different valuable pizes but the winner of the final draw VLADIMIR ANDREJUKS wins a voucher for a cash prize of EUR 1100 and two airline return tickets to any destination serviced by airBaltic, Riga International Airport privilege card RIX Club and other valuable prizes.
As reported previously, in order to take part in the lottery, a passenger had to arrive at the airport’s security control at least 1.5 hours prior to the departure of his/her flight, fill in the participant’s form and throw it in a special lottery box behind the aviation security control area.

In the summer season it is possible to travel to 81 destinations from Riga Airport, with flights operated by 19 carriers: airBaltic, Ryanair, Wizz Air, LOT, Lufthansa, Transaero, Turkish Airlines, Uzbekistan Airways, UTair, Norwegian, Aeroflot, Belavia, Finnair, AMC Airlines, Onur Air, Iberia Express, Bulgarian Air Charter, Astra Airlines, SmartLynx.
