Wizz Air Continues Expansion In Vilnius

Wizz-AirWizz Air, the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe*, today announced further expansion of its low fare route network in Lithuania.

 

From 22 April 2015 the airline will start operating flights from Vilnius to Frankfurt Hahn three times a week, Belfast and Malmo twice a week, each.

 

Frequencies on existing services will also increase in the summer 2015 season. Routes from Vilnius to Dortmund and Stavanger will be operated 4 times per week, while services to Doncaster Sheffield, Bergen and Sandefjord will increase to 3 weekly flights from 22 April 2015.
Belfast, the largest city in Northern Ireland, is the latest of the 101 destinations on the WIZZ map.

 

The city is a center for industry as well as arts, education, business and law and is the economic engine of Northern Ireland.

 

Belfast is a perfect destination for those looking for a city break full of beautiful sightseeing and year-round cultural events.
With the latest addition to the network, Wizz Air now offers 19 routes to 12 countries from Vilnius, bringing the total seat capacity in 2015 to over 1 million seats.
