To introduce even more hoteliers to the benefits of Hotel Marketing Automation, ZDirect is expanding its business development effort. Adam Fractenberg has been hired to serve as Director of Sales for North America, Canada and the Caribbean. Today more than 2,000 hotels worldwide are successfully communicating with their guests and prospects utilizing ZDirect and its ZMailR electronic communication platform.

Fractenberg comes to ZDirect with extensive industry experience most recently working at the Knowland Group where he served as a Strategic Accounts Manager responsible for developing relationships and negotiating sales of the company’s reader board, group database leads, and CRM services. He also served as director of sales for Cendyn and regional director of sales for Open Hospitality. Fractenberg began his hospitality career at
Orbitz/Lodging.com, a Cendant company, where he served in several roles including director of strategic accounts helping grow the company’s annual sales from $18 million to $450 million.
