The schedule begins with an in-depth one-to-one discussion with Sigrid, who will then customise a personal detox plan using homeopathic remedies, herbal medicines, acupressure and nutritional counselling. Also included is a prescription for supplements and a juice farm box containing a seven-day supply of ingredients for COMO Shambhala’s health-giving juices.
The detox programme can be supplemented with an award-winning COMO Shambhala Deep Tissue Massage to drain the body of toxins with penetrating muscle compression and cross-fibre friction to increase blood and lymph flow. The daily schedule of yoga classes available at the Escape will also help improve posture, symmetry, flexibility and strength.
Those looking for a more long-term approach can choose from three New Year membership programmes – each of them designed to suit your individual goals.
GET FIT is an introductory membership designed to kick-start your path to wellness with a private reformer Pilates or Gyrotonic session, followed by unlimited access to all group mat Pilates and group yoga classes for one month.

360 DEGREES is a membership that takes an ‘integrated body’ approach and is designed for those seeking to make a serious commitment to their wellbeing. It features a private nutritional consultation with the Escape’s naturopath and a COMO Shambhala signature bodywork treatment, as well as a private session in Pilates or Gyrotonic, followed by three months unlimited access to all group Pilates and yoga classes.

COMO SHAMBHALA MEMBERSHIP is for those who want to take their wellness to the next level. You’ll receive two private consultations on nutrition with our resident naturopath, as well as two hour-long body treatments. You’ll benefit from two private reformer Pilates or Gyrotonic classes and have unlimited access to our group mat Pilates and yoga classes. The first five members to sign up for the COMO Shambhala Membership will also receive a complimentary one-hour session with COMO Shambhala life coach and counsellor, Ralitza Peeva.
