At Stand #2200 Crown will showcase its versatile range of large-scale and intimate event spaces, latest technological offerings, award-winning accommodation, new culinary direction from Neil Perry and Guillaume Brahimi and news on the opening of Crown Towers Perth, which is set to change the events industry in WA.
In 2013, Crown launched a number of exciting new developments, including Crown Melbourne and Perth’s technological initiative offering free, daily Wi-fi access for guests on up to two devices and the appointment of renowned restaurateurs Neil Perry and Guillaume Brahimi as Crown’s Culinary Directors for the next three years. In this newly formed role, Perry and Brahimi combine their expertise to influence the menus across Melbourne’s hotels and events, collaborating to create a new premium banquet menu, redevelop Crown’s in-room dining menu for Crown Towers, provide guidance and training at Crown’s Culinarium and oversee Crown’s world class food and beverage offerings. This is the first time that the award-winning chefs’ celebrated cuisine will be available for large scale functions and events.
In 2014, construction will begin on the highly anticipated Crown Towers Perth, making Crown Perth the first hotel complex in the city with a total capacity of 1,200 rooms. With the addition of Crown Towers, Crown Perth will be the largest hotel complex the city has ever seen. Scheduled for completion in 2017, the new Crown Towers will boast 500 luxury rooms, an array of world class restaurants, leading events facilities and access to Crown Perth’s Convention Centre with 4,800 square metres of venue space. During AIME 2014, Crown Events & Conferences will be showcasing these innovative introductions, new developments and diverse offerings with the return of the Crown Spa Pamper Zone. The Pamper Zone, located on the first floor of MCEC opposite Crown’s stand (#2200) allows all delegates to take a break from their action packed AIME schedule and enjoy a complimentary 15 minute neck and shoulder or hand massage performed by Crown Spa’s expertly trained spa therapists.
