Amaranto Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane introduces a delicious weekend brunch menu. Served from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, diners are invited to choose from a sumptuous selection of no less than fifty dishes, starting from GBP 19.00 for two dishes per person or GBP 27.00 for three dishes per person.
Catering to all tastes and ages, the à la carte menu offers savoury classics such as fried eggs with truffle; a tea smoked wild salmon and spinach frittata; Singapore stir-fried noodles; kedgeree and sweet treats such as olive oil muffins; pancakes with banana and hazelnut cream; and waffles with orange, ricotta and chocolate.
In keeping with Amaranto’s modern Italian cuisine, Executive Chef Adriano Cavagnini has also added some of his own favourites to the brunch menu with dishes such as brutto ma buono – crusty ciabatta bread filled with warm porchetta and salsa verde; puntarelle salad – a Roman speciality with chicory shoots, garlic and calamari; and spaghetti verrigni with clams, chili and garlic.
Sharing plates with cold cuts such as speck and beef bresola or cheeses such as gorgonzola dolce and manchego are also available, while those with a sweet tooth will be able to continue the weekend indulgence with chocolate brownies, Bakewell tarts, fruit sorbet or tiramisu.
Located in the heart of Mayfair, and just steps away from Hyde Park and Knightsbridge, Amaranto flows seamlessly from lounge to bar to restaurant with its bright and airy conservatory opening out onto the charming landscaped split level terrace and has been uniquely designed to capture the changing seasons of the park like setting beyond.
