Showcasing Québec cultural products, the new concierge services will be available every day for delegates.
Nathalie Cloutier, Chief Concierge, will offer a custom made corporate experience. Business customers can contact Nathalie before their arrival in Québec to purchase products or plan activities before, during and after their meeting. She will also advise those wishing to purchase art, gifts or souvenirs. A business centre with state-of-the-art equipment will now be permanently available so customers can shop and take care of business in the same convenient location.
