For the first time the city of Brussels will host the Food Truck Festival. During 3 days in Brussels playground for culinary talents, passionate chefs and creative entrepreneurs can demonstrate to the general public their talents. The festival is a culinary jungle where tasteful, innovative or traditional dishes are offered to anyone who wants to taste it. A gastronomic adventure to go with friends or family.
Atmosphere
The Brussels Food Truck Festival is entirely dedicated to relaxation, pampering and discovery in a good company. The festival is also completely open to anyone 40 or so Food Trucks from Belgium, Netherlands, France and Luxembourg intends to explore. Hamburgers, hot dogs yoghurts and traditional Belgian cuisine will be offered, but also the world cuisine with its bugs and mojitos to tagines and tacos are freshly prepared for you.
Food Truck Awards
This unique gathering will provide an opportunity to test, evaluate, analyze, categorize, evaluate … the Food Trucks. On Saturday afternoon, the jury of professionals, journalists and fans will determine the ranking of the best Food Trucks. Points will be awarded to look at the originality of the concept and cuisine, quality service and products.
