Made with a secret Four Seasons recipe, these homemade mooncakes highlight the uniqueness of Or Noir chocolate, and deliver a one-of-a-kind exclusive experience to the palates of Mid-Autumn Festival celebrants around the country.
Award winning Four Seasons Hotel Beijing Executive Pastry Chef Holger Deh was inspired by the traditional Chinese cooking methods, and adding in an extraordinary and exclusive chocolate flavour that he created at the world-renowned chocolatier Cacao Barry’s Or Noir Lab in Paris.
Combined with a thick, creamy ganache, these homemade mooncakes are a delectable treat that will impress anyone with a discerning sweet tooth.
The Or Noir Collection features 5 Spice Or Noir, Or Noir Mango and Orange, Or Noir Citrus Fruit, and Or Noir Ginger, Oolong Tea, Milk and Honey.
Four Seasons Hotel Beijing will contribute 2 percent of this year’s total mooncake sales revenue to Educating Girls of Rural China, to offer financial support to girls and young women in Gansu province in pursuing an education.
Four Seasons Hotel Beijing has selected EGRC as a local charity to support female education.
